1. Not sure if I should rent a photo booth for my event, it's a small event?
A photo booth guarantees fun and unforgettable memories for everyone, from friends to kids to grandparents! It’s perfect for small birthday parties and big events like weddings, becoming a highlight that guests of all ages enjoy. It offers custom-designed photo prints that guests can take home as keepsakes, along with the option for a scrapbook filled with heartfelt messages. Plus, you’ll receive all the digital copies in an online gallery preserving the joy of your special day!
2. What is the booking process?
The booking process is simple, you can book online directly or by phone with on of our staff. There will be a $100 deposit to secure the date, which will then be deducted from the remaining balance. Soon after booking within 24hrs (excluding weekends) a staff member will call you to confirm the details.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their Photo Booth booking up to 10 days prior to the scheduled service date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the service date, the deposit amount may be applied toward rescheduling for a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the service date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Can I customize the printout to say or show anything we want?
Yes! We’ll collaborate with you to create a design that perfectly matches your theme and colors.
4. Can you set-up the photobooth outside?
We can definitely do outside events, with a few things

The booth must be placed on a solid, level surface (no slopes or uneven ground).

Power access must be within 15 feet, or we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
5. What are the space requirements for the photo booth?
The photo booth needs an 10’ x 10’ area preferably to operate. It also requires a standard 110V, 15-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet,
6. Do you have commercial insurance?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured with commercial general liability coverage of up to $1,000,000.
7. How soon do I need to reserve my photo booth rental?
We recommend booking as early as possible, to secure the date.
8. Do the photos print out at the event?
Yes! Photos are printed instantly at the event for packages that include prints.
9. Will there be a photobooth attendant?
All packages with live prints will an attendant on-site to assist your guests, ensure the booth runs smoothly, and make sure everyone is having a great time.
10. What areas do you service?
We typically service the following areas but if you are in an unincorporated area, or if you are outside our service area, contact us as we might be able to accommodate your request.
